Privacy Policy

The Leet Show (leet.show) is a Twitch and Discord community run by Vincent. This policy explains what personal data the site and Discord bot collect, why, and what rights you have over it. For any privacy question or request, email enquiries@vincentl.ee.

• Discord account info: your Discord ID, username, and avatar, obtained when you sign in with Discord.
• Twitch account info: your Twitch ID, if you choose to link your Twitch account so channel-point redeems credit your Popcorn balance.
• Popcorn balance and transaction history: every Popcorn earn/spend event, so we can show you your history and keep the leaderboard accurate. Balances and the leaderboard are public by design.
• Shipping address: only collected if you buy a physical item from the Store, so it can be shipped to you.
• Habbo Origins username: only if you add one to your profile, used to deliver in-game item purchases, and — if you opt in via a separate consent toggle — to potentially use as a character name in a future Whodunnit case.
• Optional profile info: birthday, "originally from" country, and social media handles, if you choose to unlock and fill in those profile sections. These are shown on your public profile.
• Twitch chat messages: when you chat in the Twitch channel, your Twitch username and message text are logged for moderation purposes (spam/abuse detection) and kept in a private, admin-only searchable archive. Flagged messages may be reviewed by moderators.
• Campfire responses: free-text reflections you submit are stored against your Discord ID, even though they're displayed anonymously to others.
• Payment info: if you pay real money for postage or a trading-card pack, checkout is handled by Stripe — we don't see or store your card details, but we do receive and store the payment confirmation event (amount, order reference) from Stripe.
• Analytics data: page views and general device/location info via Google Analytics, but only if you accept the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

We use this data to run the Popcorn economy: authenticate you, track balances and purchases, fulfil orders, and let you use the site's games and features. Signing in and using the shop is a voluntary choice you make as a community member. We only collect what's needed to provide those features. Chat messages are logged to keep the Twitch channel free of spam and abuse. Payment data is processed to fulfil real-money postage and card purchases. Analytics data is used only to understand which pages are useful, and only runs with your consent.

We don't sell your data. It's shared only with the services that run the site:

• Discord & Twitch: for OAuth sign-in and channel point redeems.
• Supabase: hosts our database and file storage.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Railway: hosts the Discord bot.
• Stripe: processes real-money postage and card-pack payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Google Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies.

The site sets one essential cookie to keep you signed in (via Discord OAuth). This is required for the site to function and can't be declined without signing out. A separate analytics cookie (Google Analytics) is only set if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which brings the banner back.

Popcorn balances and transaction history are kept indefinitely. Balances never expire. Shipping addresses are kept only as long as needed to fulfil and troubleshoot an order. Moderation flags, Stripe webhook records, and non-chat Twitch event data are automatically deleted after 90 days. Twitch chat message text specifically is kept longer — up to 20 years — in the private, admin-only archive mentioned above, so past chat history can be searched and referenced; it's never public. If you delete your Discord account or ask us to erase your data, we'll remove your personal information as described below.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing enquiries@vincentl.ee. Note that deleting your account data means losing your Popcorn balance and history, and we may need to keep records required to complete an order already in progress (e.g. a shipment underway). If you're in the EU/UK and think we've mishandled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Leet Show is not directed at children under 13, in line with Discord and Twitch's own minimum age requirements.
